Anyone who thinks these two don't want to fight each other are off their trolleys.The only trouble here is Garcia may provide a much bigger test than many think with Spence which could take a little shine off....but if he does the expected so be it.Spence v T. needs to happen soon as many of these big fights are held back by fearful greedy businessmen...ie ..The Hearns.

So, absolutely, 100% agree. If Crawford didn't want this kind of challenge, he would have stayed at 140. If Spence wasn't pumped for challenges, he would not have gone to England to take on Kell Brook and would have steered clear of Crawford at this event. These fighters will dictate to their teams to figure out the details but make it happen. I still feel they tussle before the end of 2019, but I am an optimist.

Problem is age.. I think Spence would rather wait and face Thurman or Porter after Garcia and Crawford is ready for the fight sooner than later and rightfully so because by the end of 2019 Crawford is already 32 years old....

So unless Spence is having trouble making 47 by the end of 2019 then Crawford not only has size going against him but age as well....

If I were Spence, I wouldn't even have given Crawford any attention. Crawford showed how much he wanted the fight with Spence when he resigned with Arum to fight bums.
