I’m surprised not to see Whitaker anywhere. Not a personal favorite of mine but clearly worthy to be in some top 5s.
I’ll give Duran the benefit of the doubt and include his lightweight fights so my list looks like
1. Duran
2. Leonard
3. Hagler
4. Whitaker
5. Jones
6. Hearns
7. Holyfield
8. Chavez
9. Hopkins
10. Pacquaio
Honorable mentions: Mayweather, Marquez, Sanchez, Spinks, Gomez, Arguello but most of Arguellos stuff is pre-1978.

Why not Mayweather? I’m not a fan of his at all but personally think he should at least be in the top 5.

Good list
I'd exchange RJJ for Floyd.
RJJ eas caught juicing and was the most su****ious guy for nearly a decade.
Duran
Pernell
SRL
JCC
Floyd

Overrated and highly likely PED user.
I'm not on the RJJ bandwagon by any stretch
