but he's still siding with Mikey simply because.. he's Mexican? tribalism in boxing reigns supreme. which is why i don't understand Americans supporting Eastern Euros more than their own champs.

he just fought TWICE the guy that the whole freaking world swore was going to knock him out.

You just can't hate on him, but apparently, there's still idiots out there.

I give Garcia respect for taking this fight, I don't rate him as highly as some and think he'll get dominated by Spence, but you can't knock his desire or self belief, he's daring to be great which is all too rare an attribute these days.

Canelo advises that Mikey fight at 145 catch weight for 4 yrs against mainly scrubs to grow into the division. Unfortunately the 2nd part of Canelos advise is to wait for Spence to turn 35, but that isn't something that Mikey could do tho.

Spence will probably beat Mikey.,.. by MD or SD. I don’t see mikey being stopped but I cant see how he can out jab the bigger, longer Spence either. Mikey is tough as nails. So I don't think he will "propose down on one knee" like brook either. So.. who disagrees? But use logic, explain why u think different.. don't just be a turd. Lol.

Garcia is searching for greatness, many of you dont have a clue as to what thats about. He's not dragging someone up 2 divisions for his "great" fight, he must be great, he didnt lose to salido. And if you can deal with the "Wizardry" of SALIDO you'll be ranked HIGH.
[B]It will be a good fight, and my support, as always, is with the Mexican."[B]
Thats what WHITE AMERICANS do with just the WHITE ones

Garcia is an easy top 10 fighter and is a live dog in this fight. But he is the easy underdog. This is a strange decision to make when a Lomanchenko tussle could arguably make him more money in a near 50/50 fight.
Loma won't bring more money than Spence Jr. @ AT&T Stadium! Not to mention Mikey having to deal with Arum and ESPN!

                    September 19, 2018:

“The only conversation I had was with Robert,” Arum said. “I said, ‘Tell your brother to shut the ***** up. Lomachenko is fighting Pedraza in December. And if he wins, I promise you I’ll sit down with Mikey right after that fight and try to make a fight with Loma.’ That’s the best I can do. I’m not gonna sit [down with him] now and make the fight, when [Lomachenko] has a fight coming up...

                    Arum considers Lomachenko-Garcia a pay-per-view fight.

“Not the greatest, not the biggest pay-per-view fight,” Arum said, “but it would certainly do enough business. … So that’s a good fight to look forward to next year. We really wanna do that fight, [all] bull***** aside...”

“He’s saying that he wants the fight,” Arum said. “Now, when we sit down with him, as long as he’s willing to take a guarantee, with a percentage, OK. But if he starts asking crazy numbers, then who could afford to do it?

The handwriting was on the wall! Arum was going to make these negotiations very hard! Now Mikey comes to the table with PPV numbers! We'll see if Arum changes his tune! If not, Mikey still has Pacquiao, DSG, Prograis, or Baranchyk, all good fights! His future is bright regardless of what happens in Texas!

Surprised he didn't throw out the idea of a catch weight
