These are all painfully predictable show case fights

Mix in the consistent ShoBox schedule, and you've more than enough talent to fill in the 3-5 Showtime Championship Boxing events for the first quarter of 2019.

My only beef with the pbc rollout is
Having a Ppv fox fight, there’s gotta be enough money in advertising dollars to have a license fee that pays them, seems lazy and wack to put that on Ppv

Other than that I don’t have a problem with the schedule

People romanticize boxing from yesteryear as if the ray duran hagler hearns didn’t fight subpar competition or stay busy fights, it’s as if they only fought monumental fights every time in the ring

But to counter that fighters today are less active so every fight now is magnified

        Regardless
I had no problem with the schedule, aside from PPV

Yeah! Probably Lara vs. Castano, J-Rock vs. Takeshi Inoue, and Badou Jack vs. Marcus Browne too! I'm lovin' it!

Every time someone says PBC is dead, they come out with the bomb schedule! PBC likes that Oct-Mar timeframe! SHO and FOX combo like a left hook to the body and head, followed by an overhand right to the jaw! Mikey and Spence Jr. in AT&T is going to be huge!

I don't know if it's dead or alive, but it never produced money... I fact it's the fighters who are producing money (see FMJr. for instance).

But Al Haymon putting a PPV fight at the AT&T Stadium represents a huge risk that could become a game changer, nevertheless...

You crying for a few PPV's a year but ALL the other fights are on fox or Sho? Face it you just hatin'

I think the risk that Haymon is taking is having Wilder vs. Fury PPV in December, Pacquiao vs. Broner PPV in January, and Spence Jr. vs. Garcia PPV in March! If the price is $49.99 per fight, then he's good, but if it's $69.99 per fight, then one of those will flop!

Anyway, I love the fact that Lampley claimed the PBC was dead years ago, and now HBO Boxing is pushing up daisies! Karma is a b*tch!
