Decent competitive fight. I favour Kownacki as I don't think Washington is much better than Martin if any better at all. He won't have the power to keep Kownacki off him. Hopefully Kownacki comes in lighter this time he was in horrible shape for his last 2 fights.

Explains why Washington backed out off the Joyce fight this is an easier fight for Washington, Joyce would of run right over him like Miller did.

He's world class, and Wilder's scorecards are paid for

No, Thurman can enforce his mandatory shot before Berto I believe.

Idec said that is what it is being set up for. Which then confuses me for Spence. So he fights Garcia and then who? The other Garcia? Crawford isn't happening until late 2019 at the earliest.

After Garcia maybe his mandatory? Which is who?

Keef could very easily say he doesn't want to enforce his mandatory vs Porter after Lopez. He doesn't have a time restriction for that. He would wait till 2020 if he wants.

Sure, but doesn't mean Berto is ahead of him in terms of getting a shot at the WBC strap or anything. Thurman gets first dibs on it...If he wants it. He rather face Porter than Spence so I doubt he takes on another tune up after Lopez.

That was such a mismatch. Washington didn't have a clue how to handle Big Baby's size.

Washington has peaked & will be more of a gatekeeper now. I expect Kownacki to lose a few early rounds but eventually his pressure will be too much for Washington. Washington will try to stay out of range with his jab but I don’t think he has the punch to really keep Kownacki off him. Eventually Kownacki will stop him in my opinion.

If you want to make cash in the heavyweight division, you have to fight Whyte or AJ in UK. Wilder is big cash fight but he isn't going to get past Fury and AJ. Miller will tick over until AJs US debut. Ortiz signs for Hearn and he is looking at Chisora, Whyte and Parker which is the UK are 1M£ fights.
