Well i know didn't make a lot of money as other champions but he must live well off, he must have at least made 1 to 2 million in his boxing career. His fight with hamed im sure got him some good money.

So what it boils down to is some black people ain't proud of where they came from and the people they represent. But i can understand your point of view with european-american.

Long reigning champions are to be admired, but NOT the ones like Woongjongkam who wont come out of Thailand and hasnt faced better than a C opponent in the last 5 years or so.

Yes. My sister in law family is like 4 generation Chicano or somwhere along those line. And yet, her dad is a proud person of his Mexican heritage and speaks spanish.
If you're proud of your people you'll never deny them.
