This guy is supposed to challenge AJ and Wilder?

He has deceptive power also. He is not just your typical defensive genuis or wizard. The man can also hit when he wants too.
However, I do understand that Bellew was a probably a little weakened after coming back down to cruiserweight from heavyweight where he probably cut close to 40 pounds or more.
By round 8, I've noticed that both his stamina and reflexes were spent. He could no longer see or avoid the punches coming back at him.

You fanboys over hyping fighters again LOL
Usyk is overrated and easy to beat, if you actually train against him and not play around and get lazy and ****** in the ring, because he's actually strong and can punch, other then that, his power, everything else is total crap.
Usyk telegraphs his attack like crazy and is wide open for counters, like a pull right hand counter attack and a shoulder roll along with a serious jab and body work he's flat footed and his footwork is crap, but he does cut the ring off.
Usyk is a mCdonald's courtier pounder with cheese with great fries, but everyone is telling us he's actually a double double from IN & OUT burger and a seriously sick greatness, Neapolitan shake with animal style fries.
If Bellew took this guy seriously and trained his ass off, he would've out pointed this guy, but even winning the fight, Bellew played around dropped his hands and ran out of gas and just got caught, simple as that.
The top heavyweights division will toy with this happy meal a prove nobody beats a double double from IN & OUT Burger and don't get me started with their four by four or their Animal style burger.
Andrea Ward toys with this guy for 12 rounds making him miss and countering the hell out of this guy, easy work and all the belts, another weight class while winning the belts and making history.
Ward come out of retirement and school this clown and shut everyone up and teach them what real boxing skills and abilities are, people still overrating non skilled hype jobs. then getting humbled.

And maybe Bellew is highly underrated as a boxer because he is easy to chit on?
Amazed how people would laugh at the suggestion that Bellew would present much more problems than Gassiev, and that styles make fights .
Just more reasons to not take people's 'educated' opinions on here seriously all the time. So many new fans that DKSAB and root for who's hot at the minute.
Usyk ain't invincible - did they watch the Hunter fight? The Mchunu fight? The Breidis fight? He is a very good all round boxer with a flashy style, but flash doesn't equal substance all the time as any experienced boxer/boxing fan would know.
Anyway, a solid win for Usyk, and a good (as I expected) effort from Bellew. Hopefully this calms the hype down a bit though, I have watched Usyk from before he was popular and we all knew he was a great talent, but we saw he wasn't some one of a kind monster from some movie script.
Usyk is a very good fighter although maybe slightly overrated at this time. Bellew is a much better fighter than many people want to admit. He's being very underrated on Boxing Scene.
I would have liked to see Usyk adjust to Bellews tactics a little quicker/ sooner/ earlier. It's hard to know exactly why he had those early difficulties. But he did get clipped a few times. Nobody is a perfect fighter but I would hesitate to ordain him the "ultimate fighter" just yet. He's damn good but let's wait to see if he is all that and more....Only time will tell us.

They will still keep on winning world titles and making PFP best lists much to your sorrow.
Making the P4P list for beating a guy that lost to Stevenson, Cleverly and drew with Chilemba, what a luxury.
If you're Euro, just jump to the front of the line, you deserve it.

But then again, this is coming from a guy who has the worst opinions/takes on the site and who considers Deontay Wilder one the greatest HWs in history lmao.
Maksim Vlasov is another nobody that cracked top 5 in the division.
So let me get this straight, where are all the cruisers at HW? LHW produced 2 fighters that managed to crack top 5 at CW, but cruiser can't even produce 1? You forget what happened to Haye, Cunningham, and Adamek at HW?
