Once again not understanding the American Market and being on the outside looking in. 20K Arena in one of the most EXPENSIVE Cities in the US. Forget just getting tickets, even Hotels in Los Angeles are expensive and wait until out of towners going to Los Angeles experience that Traffic as well as Parking Prices they might never go back to Los Angeles again for an event. Los Angeles is a last minute, last second city so it will be a rush at the last minute that is just how Los Angeles is even for Lakers and Dodgers Games

But No the Event will do well but nothing close to 1 Million obviously and 2.5 Million? Yeah Wilder just mumbles some ridiculous Stuff sometimes but it shows that even he is new to all this and is not aware of the market in his own country

Hearn is such an asshat.
He has made such rookie mistakes that people on here figured out real fast:
1 he puts the fight on in Los Angeles not Vegas. Everyone knows that is a ****ty expensive town with no fight fans.
2 his undercard is terrible. Not enough Latinos for one thing
3 the promotion is terrible, nobody has even heard about the fight. There's no buzz at all
4 he didn't protect Wilder from Fury when they were out on TVtogether. Fury outtalked him. So predictable
5 being the greedy bastard he is he overpriced the tickets

AJ has been consistently selling over a million, agaisnt a Wilder or Fury level opponent you would be expecting north of 1.5million.

That 25 is actually27-28.

You've actually ignored any ppv from the rest of the world where its sometimes more expensive and international TV rights as Joshua sells round the world (soem on e did a map somewhere) very impressive.

1 mil UK PPV's @ $25= $25 mil

1 mil US PPV's @$70= $70 mil

Who would be the A-side then?

If Wilder-Fury sells 300k that's $21 mil

Boxing in England is alot more popular plus the price range for ppv is damn near 3x more in the USA than England hell if it was ppv was 25-27 in America canelo would be selling 3mppv buys per fight n mayweather numbers would be double if not triple, alot of boxers n mma events would do 1m plus an event, hell even bellator would be able to sale 500k buys then, not many people here want to spend 70 dollars just for the main event sit thru 2hrs of bull**** fights just for a main event that half the time don't live up to expectations. Hell we pay 10-15 dollars for 1 movie ticket so hell yea 25 dollars ppv sales would be hella more

Hearn acts like Joshua is a worldwide attraction. I don't care how popular boxing is in the UK, the United States is where the money is at.
