This guy has been bailed out by Wilder's right hand forever, he must be the lowest paid trainer out there. He looks like a ****** even when he holds the pad, does he trains any other high profile boxers at all? I cannot imagine how much better Wilder would be with someone like James (Charlo/Spence trainer).

Could you imagine if Emmanuel Steward never died? Steward was very big on both wilder and fury before he died (they were both prospects) and we know Steward loved big Heavyweighta with KO power.

Steward would have done an amazing job with Wilder no doubt, I still think Wilder is technicially better than people give him credit for (His win over bermane stiverne first fight as an example), but when i look at him now, i just felt he did a lot of things on his own without too much input from both hsi trainers.

I’ve been saying that for a while, Wilder has an excellent jab that hasn’t really been utilized since the first Stiverne match, which is a shame because he used it a lot before winning that title. But I’m in the same boat, wilder is a lot better technically than he gets credit for. You don’t just win an Olympic medal by fluke. Just like people crap on him for the windmills (rightfully so) they’re awful to watch, but he only brings them out when his opponent is already out (finisher windmills lol) and they’re clearly effective.

Also, I didn’t realize until the other day, but he KO’d Bermaine with a LEFT in the second fight.

Feel sorry for this guy. Wilder's boxing ability is a very bad advert for his trainer.

Yes he is very slow. I was watching his pad work with Wilder the other day and I thought no wonder he got hit many times by Wilder.

I know it's hard to find anyone to replicate Fury's style in sparring but the guy they chose is Malik Scott? He's already friends with Wilder and trained with him many times, did they bring anyone new in? A lot of the 2016 Olympians are tall, have skills, would've been a good choice.
