i really believe Usyk doesn't rate any of the heavyweights in terms of skill. He said he doesn't see anything that good about Joshua, just a solid fighter.

i think that he believes he can outbox them all. i'm sure he's not ****** enough to disregard their power but there's punchers at every weight anyway. if he thinks they won't find him with the right shot, then he has good reason to be confident. and he isn't a small man.

Not sure who he could fight to test the water against guys that are 6'6" or whatever and a good test. Fighters like Whyte, Chisora, Parker, Pulev, Ortiz, Povetkin etc. are all similar height to him, or shorter. Helenius maybe, he's tall but probably not good enough a test at this point. Maybe he isn't even concerned with the height anyway.

        Mismatch

Joshua is just to big and to strong for Usyk. Joshua is the second best heayweight today behind Wilder and while I believe Usyk would fight Joshua because of the money he'd get caught sooner of later and just get destroyed. We're not talking about a few pounds or stones difference in weight we're talking a lot of difference and a huge difference in punching power. They can build this fight up all they want but after a round or two it will be a mismatch. History has shown that Usyk would have a huge uphill battle

LOL Hearn isn't gonna line up your road to Joshua for sure. Hearn's job for Usyk is to get him beat by someone with Matchroom UK before he makes it to Joshua. Uysk won't get a title shot unless he's looked far more beatable then he's looked recently or he's the mando for one of Joshua's belt. Despite Usyk being with Hearn he's not getting a shot at the golden goose unless he looks more beatable or if he's mando & Hearn can't stop the fight from happening.

Matter of fact I wouldn't be shocked if Hearn gives Usyk the April shot if Whyte loses & Usyk wins while struggling &/or looking highly beatable.

Hearn is a tip top promoter & different from the standard promoter with making more competitive fights on his cards, but the why he's moving Joshua since that close call with Klitschko suggests he's working like the typical US promoter with Joshua specifically these days.
