Knowing the WBA, they'll also open a bunch of other offices that will do exactly the same thing as the Swiss one.

ABC Groups have no shown me they are trying to make boxing a better sport. They seem to only excel at taking their sanctioning % & creating belts & making about 50% bad mando's.

So the organization that has TWO champions for 17 different divisions, has a plan to make boxing more popular???? What is this, is the WBA going to make three champs per division?!?

The WBA is the definition of corrupt. This article is entire b.s. The WBA is exactly what is wrong with boxing. They still have Keith Thurman as champion. For you younger fans on here, Thurman is a former boxer who held a couple welterweight titles. He is currently inactive, he's been retired for roughly two years. But he is the WBA champion. And then a fight between a 39 year old who hadn't fought in over a year- and that fight was a loss to complete no-name, no hoper- against a quitter that spent his entire career at 140, somehow was a title match for another title. They only had one champ at ww before that.

So, for the good of boxing, they had a 39 year old, inactive fighter who lost his previous fight win a made up second place title, by beating a quitter from a lower division. While the first place champion, is retired.

Thank God, the WBA is doing what they can to make boxing more accessible, fair, and popular!
