Mosley/Vargas 2: The Rematch that Boxing DOESN'T Need

I want to see it but only because I am a fan el feroz Fernando Vargas one of my favorite fighters even though Oscar and tito both knocked his head off. I am still a fan and would like to see him not just beat Mosely but destroy him(wishful thinking I know).

What are you talking about ? the first fight generated very good PPV buys. Boxing still needs this. Both big name fighters with still alot to prove. They aint done yet. The swelling in Vargas's eye was not caused by a punch. I always believed it was a thumb in the eye. This is still a good fight and Vargas was coming back in the fight when they stopped it last time.

I like the potential that I saw in this fight from Vargas. I thought Vargas won this fight if his eye didn't swell like that. He had the harder, cleaner, more accurate shots on Shane & more importantly, Mosley looks regular now. His agility & speed are almost a thing of the past, & against a guy like Vargas who is on the come back trail, Shane should have dominated him way more convincingly than their first fight. I want to see the rematch, to see if Vargas can continue on this comeback, or if Shane is still Sugar wit it. Now Can U Dig Dat!!!!

listen here u all. the statement above is dead on. this is the only reason both fighters are going at it again. i mean although vargas is young he poses no threat to anybody. hes all talk and no show. mosely on the other hand has a chance to make more ez money by fighting an opponent he knows he can easily whoop. so i dont blame him for taking this bout again. and yea, this **** shouldnt even be on ppv.

If there's anybody who needs this fight it's got to be Vargas. If he loses here, then his comeback story is doomed. It's really a make or break fight for him.

when u think about it ... you guys are ****ting on mosley ....BUT vargas could have beat delahoya and trinidad if he would have had his head more into the fight ... i mean the fight was damn near close when he fought delahoya ... and he put trinidad on his ass , and was gettin ready to knock tito out ...but tito low blowed the hell out of him like twice ...


shane is a lot smaller than vargas... and he still beat the dog **** out of vargas... wasnt no ****in head butt ... vargas eye swole immediately after round 1 ... im a mosley fan and i have seen that fight at least 40 times , not once did i see a ****in head butt ... mosley was not hurt once in that fight with vargas.... mosley is fighting for the money ... yaw will talk **** about this fight being on paperview ...but that zab juda vs mayweather **** should have came on nickolodeon .... because that fight was horrible as **** ...


shane has trouble with bigger fighters ,...but the good thing about it ...he can hit harder than most fighters... vargas pushes mosley the whole night ...and shane still found a way to spank that ass
