They should have done the fight in the UK.
Wilder vs Fury a poorly promoted fight

Yup. 100% this. They had a 3 city tour and now it’s business. The fight was pushed hard when announced, and it’ll get pushed hard again a couple weeks out. Like every fight.Comment

Is it so hard to accept the fact that the fight isn't selling as well as everyone had hoped? The excuses you guys are coming up with are quite funny lol.Comment

You can't polish a turd. Wilder is not an easy sell. He is sloppy, awkward and hasn't fought anyone noteworthy for his first 39 fights. Most people in the states don't really know Fury or he just fell off their radar. Which is why they are trying to load up the undercard. Only way it makes sense to have it in LA is if they can get some Mexicans on the undercards. Otherwise they should have done this in the U.K. for biggest turn out and exposure. Even MSG or Barclay's would have been a better choice.Comment

First Heavyweight title fight though, right? It’s being marketed fine from what I can see. Only fight over here id heard/seen more rumblings for this year was GGG/Canelo 2
And why are we acting like LA is an awful place for a fight? Lots of big fights happen in Los Angeles
Vegas and LA were both pushing for the fight. LA made the bigger bid. That’s why it’s in LA
I don't think it has been marketed poorly. I'm more conscious about it over selling in terms of hype and under delivering in quality.
I really wanted to see Lawrence Okolie v Matty Askin on the AJ/Pov undercard, there was enough hype about it but it was one of the worst fights I've seen.Comment

Thank you! The fighters actually have to train. I doubt Fury wants to come down from Big Bear every other week to do some promotion, same for Wilder in Alabama. Like you said, every big fights gets a "lull" promotion wise in between the initial announcement/promotional push and 2 weeks prior to the fight.Comment

For Staples Center, landing the bout accentuates the enthusiasm for combat sports shown by AEG President/CEO Dan Beckerman, who last year lured a string of major bouts featuring Vasyl Lomachenko, Gennady Golovkin, Canelo Alvarez and the “SuperFly” series to AEG venuesComment

Listen ****** if you don't believe Tyson Fury that's your problem, you can call Fury a liar if you want. Wildher said he's making 100m so maybe you believe him? Or maybe they both lie? Nuthuggers like you don't understand interviews clearly.
Bytch you don't want me to call you a boy? Fine bytch, I'll call you a bytch instead. How about that bych? You like that bytch? That's a good bytch you are
