Soto Karass, Macias Photos Gallery - MMA legend Tito Ortiz will be the special VIP guest for the Nov. 8 edition of Golden Boy Boxing on ESPN at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, Calif. The event will be headlined by the 10-round super welterweight fight between Palm Desert's Neeco "The Rooster" Macias (17-0, 10 KOs) and Mexican warrior Jesus "El Renuente" Soto Karass (28-13-4, 18 KOs). This is gonna be a body mess of a WAR, My dude Soto Karass is a bad mofo but the beating he will take on Thurs. Should retire him.

Unfortunately, I will probably miss this one as I don't have DVR for ESPN. Soto-Karass is a warrior but there isn't much tread left on those tires, if any at all. I was impressed with Neeco, the skills (or power) may not be entirely there but he makes up for it with output and desire. He's too fresh and hungry for the old warrior I think and this fight may retire him for good. We'll see.

Soto Karass is a true warrior and has had so many entertaining slugfests. Boxing needs guys like him to attract new fans, but I hope they guy wont fight for too long and that when he retires, he will be in good health. He has taken some massive damage in his career
