So looks like he went the Munguia route instead. And really, why wouldn't he? Why fight JRock for the final eliminator when he can get a direct title shot?

Jarret hurd is an excting fighter I would love to see him and mungia unify because of there styles that would be legendary.

I like j rock but he needs to get his only loss back from jermall. So he definitely needs to fight more than once a year and top 10 competition at that.

If Inoue takes the Munguia fight, I wouldn't mind seeing WBC #1 J-Rock fight WBC #6 Erickson Lubin!

No, Lubin will probably take on a soft touch to end the year or early 2019, and then face a solid contender after that before being put in with the top guys. Have to rebuild his confidence after that stoppage.

I'm interested in seeing what Kevin Cunningham does for Lubin! Maybe Lubin vs. DeLoach would be good?

Didn't DeLoach lose his last fight?

Hurd is much watch, regardless of who he fights.

But 154 is loaded, and there are 3 mouth watering fights, and a few more that would be fun. Hurd is going to be an all-time great if he navigates this division and stays undefeated.
