Props to Mikey, I thought it was all talk.
Garcia is going to have the majority of the crowd, in Spence's home state, rooting for him. Lol

Lol its funny some of theories you all throw together are ridiculous Mikey is looking up towards Spence not down towards Lomachenko whose fighting Gervontas leftovers in Pedraza who is a good fighter but is obviously setup to lose against Loma for bigger fights in the future. Mikey is chasing a title in 5 divisions against an undefeated fighter who everybody at welterweight is avoiding not someone who got beat by someone Mikey dominated and you all make it seem like hes going up to be sacrificed lets be real I like Spence hes from my state and hes a badass fighter but I see this is as a 50-50 fight Spence is the bigger and more physical guy for sure bigger puncher no doubt but Garcia is not going to be standing toe to toe its going to be tactical and may the best man win but it would not be a shock if Mikey could outbox him he is probably the faster of the two and has just as good if not better ring IQ.

Sacrificing the actual great fight, Mikey vs Loma, to make this fight, when they could easily do both if they did it in the proper order, Mikey-Loma next, then Mikey-Spence once Mikey moves up. Spence-Mikey would be way bigger if Mikey moved up with all 4 lightweight titles. Or even if Mikey loses to Loma at 135, that's like being outboxed by Floyd at a lower weight, it doesn't mean anything as you move up vs slower guys. Loma is a better defensive boxer than Mikey, but Mikey is a better one than Spence. So even if Mikey lost to Loma, his name recognition would double from doing ESPN's first big PPV fight, and Spence-Mikey would become twice as big in the future.
But if Mikey loses to Spence, and then has to move down two weight classes to fight Loma, it kills the Loma fight. So Mikey is about to lose money on both the Spence fight compared to what it could be, AND the Loma fight, and for his trouble, he will also spit on the sport he loves (or at least participates in), and probably also take a beating.
But hey, smart business move, Mikey!
All of a sudden, once talk of the Spence fight started surfacing, and it looked as if Mikey was serious, then it was;
