He's said a few times he is OK with 100% boxing rules. Mayweather is playing coy too, saying, "We want to give the fans something they'e never seen before....Floyd Mayweather fighting outside the US."

They are teasing that he might do MMA or kick boxing. If, and that's a big if this fight happens it wil be 100% boxing rules, only they're obviously going to throw out the weight issue because this dude might not even be able to get to 130 lbs, so Floyd will have 20+ lbs on him, be 3-4" taller, and be the only one with boxing experience. Will also likely be a 10 round fight.

Fight will be a joke. But Floyd must need money.

This is just an exhibition match that will probably be 4 rounds. This has to do more with Floyd getting in business with Rizin and getting their name out there. They always have a big show every New Year's and always have some crazy matches made. It's pretty much ran by the old Pride Fighting guy.
