I guess he did. Brook looks a lot bigger than the other guy in the nude beach picture. Khan and Brook have both become cherry picking chickens who are all brag and no action. Khan is the one holding up the fight. Brook agreed to drain himself to 147 to fight Khan so Khan adds a 2nd weigh in as a roadblock to fighting Brook. Brook has tried to fight him for many years but Khan doesn't want to fight him. I don't like either of them anymore and wouldn't miss them if they retired today. They both used to be good brave boxers but they are no longer very good or very brave.
