Floyd isn't ready for no kicks & elbows. If I was fighting a boxer with kicking skills I'd just leg kick the sh^t outta the boxer.

it will be boxing, at welterweight
no other style/weight makes sense
there could be a caveat..... like a octagon, or MMA gloves
but I highly doubt it to be honest

In the presser Floyd keeps talking about this being a "special fight" & they hope to figure out the rules within a couple weeks. Its 9 weeks til this fight. Floyd isn't learning kickboxing or MMA in 9 weeks. This is gonna be straight boxing or worse case have some sorta grappling rule with limited time on a submission attempt before both athletes are stood back up.

you guys who are crying about this.....
you had better not be Golovkin fans..... who justified his ducking of Charlo by saying..... he old doe, he making bank
you couldn't be that two-faced, surely ???
Floyd fights are events, Golovkin fights..... are not.....

Also it sounds like this is a long term thing with Floyd & Rizin. So this might not even be about Floyd fighting. This might be a business arrangement where Floyd owns part of the company or more likely has options to put other fighters of his on Rizin cards.
This don't seem like no $100M fight to me so there being more to this deal than money makes sense.

You don’t have to watch it and it’s not in America. Stop crying. Roy Jones out here fighting and knocking out fans Ali was fighting wrestlers. Floyd is a global superstar who knows how to maximize his drawing power. Smart businessman
