Well all Rigo can ask for is the top names, even if the intent is to "feed" him to those guys, at least Rigo will be getting those fights because none of them wanted to fight him before. At the very least he will be getting top guys in the ring that are actually within his weight class.

What more can he as well as we as fans ask for? All we've ever wanted was to see Rigo fight the top guys, they all ducked him for years. Finally it seems like even though it's late, better late then never.

Posters here claim like being boring is enough to not let him join. Lol

What happens if donaire wins. Then ur winner doesn’t mean much since he got beat by Rigo.
This tournament is supposed to figure out who’s the best at that weight, boring or not.

And yep. I would have liked it had rigo joined.

Rigo is too old to make 118.

If not . I doubt he fights again.

I bet you that a lot of it probably has to do with money. Perhaps, he doesn't like the money being offered. He's still a pro and has to earn a living off his trade.

So my guess is that he is not entering this tournament, in order to attain a measure of dignity, honor or prestige. However, it would be nice having him in this tournament though.

It's still a good tournament regardless but with him in it, it would be even better.
