That is nothing new. Yes ha has to make two mandatory's and can't just fight whoever he wants. So he has to fight those 2 mandatory's unless he decides to want to unify. Fighting Spence is a unification the trumps those 2 mandatory's . Porter however can't go out and fight a Collazo or a Vargas. It's the WBC, they make their rules as they go. Cuadras got screwed out of his title shot when Rungvisai beat Chocolatito. Winner had to fight Cuadras but the WBC ordered a rematch and made Cuadras fight Estrada in order to fight the winner.

Well I don't know anything about that. I was only reporting what I heard and that was Porter has at least two mandatories challengers to defend (Thurman and Berto) because he won a vacant title that was not against the WBC's current belt holder Keith Thurman inside of the ring.

Therefore he doesn't get any voluntary defenses at this time. So my only advice to you is to write Mauricio Sulaiman a letter and tell him that you demand a Spence vs Porter fight ASAP.

So are you saying that WBC Mauricio Sulaiman is lying when he says that Porter has to fight at least two mandatory challengers first; Thurman and Berto, before he could even so remotely entertain the idea of fighting a voluntary defense in Erroll Spence, Jr? if Porter fights Spence next, he will be stripped of his WBC title.
