yes u did miss something. mikey turned down linares. last time he turned down a 50-50 no strings offer and went with a better offer, which i think was lipinets. he ducked linares for lipinets.

I'm pretty sure that you miss something did you know that Golden Boy wanted Mikey to sign a multi-fight deal in order to face Linares, they pulled the same crap when Mikey wanted to face Miguel Cotto.
After Mikey came out in the media and put them on blast, then Golden Boy changed up their tone and tried to scramble for the fight after Mikey already started negotiations for IBF 140 Title.
