Toney doesn't have anything to keep Peter off of him. Toney has slowed down which will make him hittable for Peter. Wlad has more stamina issues than Peter, but he would dominate Toney simply because when you fight a weak puncher, stamina doesn't come into play as much (as in Byrd vs Klitschko). Similarly, Peter will beat Toney...but by close decision due to his sloppiness.

Oh, and I don't have a billion points. I have about 500 million.
