I know this will make a lot of you mad because its coming from ward but its true. while gggee is a good fighter his resume is trash. he fought a dangerous Jacobs and had 2 money fights with canelo. that's about all hes done. hes beat some decent fighters but when given the chance to step up or fight the best he pulls some BS!

Canelo was fighting at middleweight. Anything above 154 is classified as middleweight. Not to mention, he was the lineal middleweight champion and a middleweight belt holder. There is literally nothing you say that can otherwise make the two scenarios alike.

Exposed? He literally had two close and arguable fights against an elite fighter despite being 35/36 years old. Despite his old age in boxing, the vast majority of people, boxers, and boxing media all believed he won the first fight.

I was at the Canelo/Trout fight. That was a huge risk. Trout was coming off a win against Cotto (in Madison Square Garden no less) and if he loses that fight he doesn’t get the Mayweather fight.
Too many fighters are afraid to take chances and build a legacy.

Dude stop...take pause and process what you wrote. If Golovkin is an average Joe and Canelo in the court of public opinion lost the first one but got a draw and then even with a dynamic peformance in the second fight only beat him by 1 round wouldn't that make Canelo an average joe too? Just think about that right there because I think sometimes ya'll don't realize how salty you come across and how that reflects on the guy you support life and death. Beat him by one point in a fight that could've been and likely might've been a draw...so Canelo an average joe hypejob too now?
