That cheating fake never fought anybody unless he could get them on his turf with paid off officials.

I think he's right to an extent. If GGG was just desperate to prove himself, he could've fought Ward at 168 and been respected even more for it, that's true.
But, I just judge a fighter, particularly a champion by did he fight all challengers for his belt, and to me he did. He was the middleweight champ and fought all the middleweights who would fight him.
I respect Hagler, Monzon, etc. . . for fighting who they had to fight. I don't need a guy to move all over like Lomachenko's doing now to prove their worth. Just fight the people in you division who are willing to fight you, and I'm good.Comment

I know this will make a lot of you mad because its coming from ward but its true. while gggee is a good fighter his resume is trash. he fought a dangerous Jacobs and had 2 money fights with canelo. that's about all hes done. hes beat some decent fighters but when given the chance to step up or fight the best he pulls some BS!
For example Canelo only 28 and already has fought 3X as many world champs as GGG. Floyd fought what like 24 world champs in his career. In today's age where there is more belts then ever and you can't manage to fight more then 4 guys who have been at least a paper champ? That's a disgrace and shows how terrible and padded with tomato cans his opposition was. You don't get credit for imaginary wins in fights GGG didn't make. And a lot of that is because of risks he refused to take. Refuse to budge on weight or money or whatever and kept taking the easy way out in pointless fights and begging for the smaller guys to come up so he could try and bully them. Put all his eggs in that 1 canelo basket and let the little guy walk him down and break his face taking his belts and any chance of having a lasting legacy is out the window.Comment

His resume is so hot garbage and the 3 fights he had when he finally stepped up and stopped fighting tomato cans he is officially 1-1-1 and could easily be 0-3 and regardless how you scored those fights fact is he went from killer to struggling against Jacobs who isn't a P4P great and has already been dropped and KO'd in his career and struggling against Canelo who is the smaller man who he and his camp said they would dominate and KO. His resume is trash he's legit only faced about 4-5 fighters total who have ever been a world champ at some point in their career. He's almost phuking 40 and that's it.

I'm pretty sure Ward never literally kicked anyone in the ring. Elbows headbutts and low blows yes but kicking.... no. Ward is a dirty fighter. There is no way around it and it is something he can't escape.Comment
