Just because he went pro at an old ass age suddenly you idiots act as if hes anything more than a still unproven up & comer,despite his cherrypicked wbo belts Arum got him.the only fight Loma has done anything of note was vs Linares,the rest were overmatched opponents & weekend warriors,he has only beaten 1 fighter who wasn't smaller than him or who hasn't been destroyed by lesser opponents before him. I wouldnt say all that. MOST overrated Champ is a stretch BUT he is deff overrated for his current accomplishments. I will say this though.. the boy can fight!!! He is extremely talented but I feel he will get pushed into too much too soon and eventually get hurt. It is possible tho that we are watching the future in the present. But. I feel you, I dont buy in to all the praise and overhype from media outlets that clearly have an agenda either. We will see what hes really about as he keeps on fighting but for now, so far so good imho.

His shoulder probably got injured from all the rediculous holding he does in most fights. He grabs other fighters by the shoulderblades ffs. He should've been dq'd vs Salido for all the holding,yet loma fanatics say salido "got lucky he was allowed to low blow" as if Loma wasn't holding him for dear life.

he did use to hold a ton ward/wlad style. over his last 6 fights or so he has stopped doing that crap and he actually got better because he had the skills to back it up. he just wasn't confident enough to use them. when guys like wlad and ward don't hold they really don't have much as we saw ward get outboxed by kovalev and had to cheat nonstop just to make it somewhat close and wlad against fury. those guys hold because it is their best way of winning. lomas holding prevented him from being at his best. also no one liked him and now hes a lot more popular so its win win. unfortunately guys like ward had built in fanbases who didnt care if he cheated nonstop.

That's being a little judgemental I'd say. Why do they have to either not know a thing about boxing or be consumed with hate just because they have a different opinion than yours? They are entitled to their opinion, craxy or not. And to keep it a buck, I feel they were probably trolling to bait an emotional response from Loma supporters just for kicks. I hear what you're saying that everybody has an opinion that they are rightfully entitled to but that doesn't make them right. Some opinions are educated. Many opinions on this site are pure nonsense. It's called a debate. This is a forum. If some says something that you believe is inherently wrong, you are fully justified in calling them on it.
