Why nobody at 140 from the champions to everybody in the tournament not under VADA cleaning program?

I'm still on the fence. He's got a weird style where, when he's not throwing punches, he's really hard to hit, but when he throws he seems to open himself up and go stationary momentarily with his chin out. For sure, Flanagan just didn't have the pop to capitalise on it, but Josh Taylor might.

I suspect Prograis would ko Baranchyk as they will be trading quite early, and Prograis would just outgun him.

I think we'll know for sure if Prograis beats Taylor handily, then I think no question that he has the goods.

vs the 140 version of Crawford I think Crawford zeroes in on Prograis defensive flaws when he lets his hands go and beats him fairly convincingly.

Baranchyk looks like a son of a b*tch to fight, PRograis will have to earn that one if they fight

Baranchyk was getting hit by a lot of combinations from Yigit. He was fortunate that Yigit only has 7 knockouts in the European level. Josh Taylor is better than Yigit in every regard and by quite a margin.

I did see that, he was getting countered quite a bit and barely evading some - I don't know too much about him that was the 2nd time I've seen him I think - he just looks like one of those rough guys who can be a handful

Yeah he works hard from what I've seen in his camp videos. But from what I've seen in his fights now he'll drain you by pushing you down or throwing cheap shots during breaks. Taylor won't get bullied as we saw when he was pushing Davies back at every turn.

prograis vs baranchyk will be a damn good fight. Baranchyks stock definitely rose as he looks like the superior boxer between him and prograis. Only thing is can he hurt Prograis, prograis is that guy I give the 1 punch nod to, thus who I got winning this tourney.

He's a tough, strong, relentless mother f***er. Intense fight. Props to Yigit, he took some bombs and that eye was horrendous.

Yes, but the Flanagan seen following that night would have lost against Magdaleno too.

He just fizzled out of momentum.

Thank You for yor great post! for your opinions and for the technical' side, you answer everything I wanted to know about Prograis, so see the rest of the tournament (specially against Josh Taylor) to have a better view on how good he is... I read someone saying that Crawford ducked Prograis for years so when I saw Prograis last saturday I say to myself no way he is better than Crawford, and no chance he can defeat TC specially with his short reach (?) and yes a great boxer/puncher like TC will capitalize the Prograis flaws (at this level). More posts like yours will elevate the boxing forums!
