But Gennady didn’t lose that strap and Danny didn’t beat a Champ to get it , It was taken off Gennady over some IBF stickler for the rules Bullsh.it that decided to follow their rules to the T instead of what’s better for the sport

Danny got that strap because of boxing politics nothing else

Ggg had the ibf gifted paper title for yrs & never defended it against anyone of note(Jacobs was wba mando),so that's irrelevant that they finally made him defend it for once. He was gifted 3 jr vacant paper titles through committee for facing bums like Chavez jrs leftovers rubio ffs. Beating rubio entitled him to the vacant fake wbc jr title & he still had the audacity to force a purse bid on Canelo while he was on trial. The WBC mandated that that pos is entitled to 45% mandatory split vs Canelo,& he had no problem getting gifted a paper title as usual that way he could cherrypick & call canelo a coward anyways,& gggroupies ate that sht up.

          GGG had mandatory obligations.

Its not a good look when you justify your weak resume because you say your priority are your mandatories, but when your mandatories are higher quality opponents you use money as ane excuse to avoid them.

You can argue that Gennnady had a ridiculously easy route to his straps ( he did) but part of the reason is because the big names that brought in $ wanted nothing to do with him , the IBF was the one he got from curb stomping Lemiuex. Yeah Lemiuex got it in through a vacant fighting Hassan and Lemiuex has never been anything but a fringe contender at best but he beat the guy holding it at the time

Did GGg fight overmatched opponets to become the WBC Mando , you bet but it doesn’t change the fact when it was mandated Canelos team thought it was a better idea to give up the strap and create a new weight class and age Gennady a couple years. Was he Ducking , No Canelo is bigger then the straps and make those moves without losing much credibility among his fanbase. You can say he gave up the strap because of the lawsuit or he wasn’t a full MW or whatever but his team did it to age Golovkin and Canelo could get away with it because he’s the A side , he was never scared and his team took a calculated risk l. I wasn’t aware that the WBC mandated a 55/45 split that ******ed on their part and a non starter and would have killed the fight if Canelos team wanted it at that time

When it’s a life changing payday you do

Anyone in that position would have done the same thing

Fight Vanes or a potential top shelf MW with a great Amateur background for the same price

If you lose which is a way higher possibility against Devrechenko , you miss out on what 15-25 million dollar payday ( it’s about respect and legacy though ) Why criticize him when everyone else in that position would have done the same thing

                  That's straight ducking!
And all the Triple g nuttriders will agree saying Charlo hasn't done anything to deserve a Triple g fight...
                  They are pathetic!
GGG Should fight Charlo to be the Mando but what type of crap is Sullumein pulling making G fight Charlo when he's Canelos Mando.
Sullumein sucks Nelos **** imo and has been riding him since he stripped him of the belt a cpl yrs ago.
I hope both Nelo and GGG fight their next fights at 168 to each get a trinket at that weight.
