Great effort by Sergiy, but he wasn't able to land much - so those points go to DANNY for efficient defense. And Danny was landing solid flush counters in between...uppercut was there all night long.

Danny fought a great fight. In my thread I picked Sergiy to win as I thought he'd have more success in getting to Danny and pinning Danny. Props to Danny for defending better than I thought he was capable.

Sergiy is not an easy night for anyone although he's probably not going to beat Canelo (not that the fight would ever happen anyway), but would be a good fight for Andrade/Charlo/BJS to take to help improve their resume and "beat Sergiy better than Danny did"

I agree Canelo would beat him and Charlo would destroy him.

Doesn't change the fact that Charlo shook as hell and plain went into deep hiding when he was called out repeatedly by Jacobs.

Charlo went into hiding because he's never fought a fighter anywhere close to the skill and power of Jacobs. Charlo still hasn't proven that he could hang with the very top of the middleweight division...Jacobs has shown that he is right near the top of the division.

I totally agree with you.....Jacobs is not chinny at all. He's been cracked by big shots many times and has withstood them fine. Pirog caught him with a great shot but his other knockdowns were mostly flash knockdowns. He got up and wasn't hurt.

I also think Jacobs has a very could shot at beating Canelo. He can use his reach and fight elusively (foot movement). He's a dangerous and quick handed puncher and Canelo won't be able to hit him as easily as he hits his more close range aggressive opponents.

Canelo does have some great strengths though. He's very quick handed and precise. He hits hard and he has a good chin. Both him and Jacobs are smart fighters. I wanna see that fight.
