Not sure fury can improve a great deal himself but with dedication , going back to basics, being dedicated , picking the right fights at the right time , over the years his experience will come through and he will maximise his limited all around qualities..he has 10 yrs left if he stays hungry and has the appetite ..my worry is his that his fitness and health are sadly not great considering his age.hope I'm wrong , seems like a good lad

Missed the fight, will watch replay sometime this week.

      Was the decision legit/close fight/robbery?

Back to basics is the only way back for Hughie I think. He looked completely wrong tonight. No zip in his punches, no power coming from the legs, no rotation through the hips etc. Jab was pitiful, footwork poor... where to start really!

As you say, time is on his side, but I agree, his fitness and conditioning looked really poor tonight.

I don't recommend watching the fight. Fury's offense made the first 4 rounds competitive, but he gave away rounds 5-7 trying to land sloppy right hands on the back foot. Then, he stunned Pulev in the 8th round, but didn't capitalize on it. Finally, he was dominated by Pulev for the rest of the fight. The right man won, but one of the judges somehow gave Fury 5 rounds.

Questions must be asked of Peter fury here. Hughie was overtrained because he was shattered by the end and we know Peter goes hard so he definitely wasn't under trained and Hughie kept repeatedly trying that swinging or looping right hand telegraphed from the back of the stadium to no avail. Kept getting trapped in the corner with no answers..on the ropes like canelo but without the movement and counters. Not active enough also once again. And The corner advice that we did catch on the broadcast seemed weak and uninspiring. Obviously Hughie is responsible for his actions but Peter hasn't proven to have any great achievements other than Tyson who may just be one of a kind and Peter trains old school af with simple circuits I could come up with with my pe gcse

He looked in terrible shape. His right hand is probably the slowest and most telegraphed punch I've ever seen. No wonder he doesn't want to throw it. Anyone can jab fast when theres no power behind it.

they don't inow boxing , i remember denium, vinnykin, frankiebruno, they simply do not have any idea when it comes to judging the ability of a boxer...period next one will be the clumsy 6ft 9 BFG tyson to go by the wayside.
