I agree that he won't be matched tough.. It will be a bad investment for Dazn if he were to lose early on with this contract especially if the money is guaranteed. I'm sure there's smart people behind this whole ordeal, and I'm sure Canelo isn't scared to fight anybody, but if they don't get some real meaningful fights for him, it could still prove to be a bad move for investors.

Close but clear yet whoever he faces at 160 or 168 will look like a mismatch? Gotcha.

          Close but clear.

You can have 12 rounds that are close but clear and its a shutout//=mismatch.

          Boxing baby, learn it.

but you're right "close but clear yet mismatch" makes NO sense at all, but look where it's coming from lol

Wouldn't surprise me to see him fight 2 or 3 world class fighters only in this new 11 fight deal he has, one of which will be a third GGG fight. 11 fights is a lot, most of those will just be to pad out his record against mediocre opposition. Plus canelo is planning to move to super middle and fight who? I hate to use the word 'duck' but he seems to be avoiding all that heat that is seemingly waiting for him at 160. How long ago was it prior to the GGG fight that Canelo was running around claiming to be too small for 160 when he was campaigning at 155 aka Caneloweight. His actions are very clear to me.
