Haymon doesn't want to take that risk.

Manny ain't never fighting Spence. Thurman wont fight him for at least a year MINIMUM so only Porters is realistic for Spence. In the mean time he could fight crawdaddy.

If Spence pancakes Garcia in February then no reason not to fight the Crawdaddy in June UNLESS Showtime Shawn is ready to step up but poor Porters has mandatory problems and could choose the blockbuster Berto rematch and Ugas fights before even sniffing Spence.

and as i mentioned...those guys might be willing to pay pac a little over market to make it happen too

At least that's a PPV I think would sell pretty good if it happens so maybe they can find a way to pay both guys. I still say manny was lured in with a Mayweather rematch after this Broner fight though.

This makes sense business wise if only Spence was actually going to fight the top PBC guys. Crawford is screwed honestly, he has nothing good too look forward to right now if PBC freezes him out.

Crawford is the next Tim Bradley. Paid huge purses despite not being a draw. Misses out on a lot of big fights, but retires a very rich man. I don't blame Crawford at all for resigning with TR. TR is always going to overspend on one or two guys to remain relevant and if you're lucky enough to be one of those guys, you should take the money. Because if you try to leave TR, you're going to get screwed on the cards in the last fight anyway and you'll be leaving on a loss. Better to stay if the money is good.

Ugas deserves a shot. I think that fight would be better than people want to admit. If he fights Berto or Collazo I probably don't watch.

Agree with you. Ain't no person on this board gonna look at that deal and be like-"Naw, Imma pass and wait to my contract is up".

Like Bob is just gonna say OK Crawford, thanks. People forget Bob learned his lessons from ODH and Floyd. He aint never again gonna build up a superstar and watch them leave and form their own promotional company and miss out on his share of close to $1,5 billion between the 2 of them.
