I don't mean that flippantly. I mean why isn't BS a good place for you to promote if others are interested enough to pay to just to shoot the ****?

I generally don't like to attract attention to myself. I've worked for dozens and dozens of promoters over the years, worked for numerous publications, worked for a few networks, etc, and it would be hard to float around as much as I have and worked for as many warring factions as I have, if I didn't make sure to lay low and operate in the shadows.

When it comes to DAZN, my fights don't air on DAZN in the US or UK and BS is pretty much dominated by the US & UK. I really don't think it would be worth the time or effort to make a fake name, posing as a fan, or several fake names, posing as fans, to try to pimp my fights or fighters the way so many others do. BS is a major propaganda hub in the industry. A lot of the trolls I fight with on this site are certainly paid trolls.

I personally think it's largely a waste of time. But promoters are obsessed with this site and think this forum has way more influence than it really does. I tend to think there is merit to Haymon's approach of not wasting energy on it and just focusing on your business. So that's the approach I take for my own business. But if somebody wants to pay me to talk about how boxing works behind the scenes, I'm not opposed to it. It's a little annoying having to fight with the paid trolls, but the money isn't bad and I can set my own hours.

I actually get paid to post on a car forum and I cant even do a 10th of your post count.

I average 13 posts a day. I'd say Monday through Friday I spend about 5 hours a day on the site, unless I'm on the road for a live event. I'm paid by the hour, so it's really just a question of how much time I have.

The money is actually sort of bad. I know multiple people that get paid to post on different sites/forums and they are top level reporters from various industries. I find it hard to believe you are making significantly more than everyone else getting paid to post.

I know you have 'credentials' but I know a former athlete getting paid to post now on a sports site in regards to his sport. And even he's not getting paid that much. He's just doing it for fun.

I was a former lead engineer of a top car brand and even I'm not getting paid that much to post. I was the lead engineer of a global brand. So as much as I believe your credentials, I highly doubt you can match lead engineer of a global car brand credentials.

Point being, you are posting 6000 times in a year and a half for very little money.
