You're also conveniently overlooking that Wilder vs Ortiz was signed previously (2017) but Ortiz failed a drug test and the fight was scrapped in favour of Wilder vs Stiverne II.

Funnily enough Bermane Stiverne tested positive for the same stimulant as Whyte and wasn't banned at all because they'd changed the ruling on it. You can even legally use it throughout your fight camp, it just can't be in your system on fight night.
