"from what i heard"... yeah someone is not telling the truth!

as if mikey is levels above broner or something lol. both of these guys are pretty much in the same boat.

they will be used as "tune ups" for the better fighters because they are not completely bad fighters but they arent elite either.

You're a straight hater and you don't know shet about boxing for saying Mikey isn't elite and placing Mikey and Broner on the same boat!

yeah, i saw a boring 12 rounds fight from mikey while broner barely threw a punch.

they are in the same class when you compare them to guys like manny, floyd, etc. they are NOT on that level.

What bull****. Arum was grooming Mikey to be his top guy in order for Mikey to do that Arum was building him up to eventually fight Manny, but Garcia showed no interest and preferred sitting out 2 years until Arum released him from his contract. So if Mikey really wanted to face Manny Pacquiao he would of stayed with Top Rank.

Garcia has 0 interest in fighting Pacquiao. What Arum was trying to do is what is usually done in order to make a star. He gets built up by his promoter winning a title here and there then taking on the aging yet still dangerous superstar. Winning usually propels the fighter into stardom. Mikey was not interested in becoming a star by way of having to fight Pacquiao.

they never wanted this fight unless they have no choice...

big bro robert knows what's up! he's been in with pac twice and loss both times bad! one of his fighter got permanently damaged too.

if you listen to robert garcia giving interviews, when ever pac gets brought up, robert always kept it respectful. he has never diss pac or say that pac is done, etc. he always said manny is slowing down but is still very dangerous. that's because robert knows!

I doubt Pac was looking for tune-ups before Mikey. The Broner fight is a hurdle that needs to be passed in order to get a Floyd rematch. Right now Mikey has a credibility issue. He talked the big talk about fighting Linares, then backed out. Talked big about Spence but now he has a mandatory. Downplays a fight with Loma. Pac has already proven himself time and again, Mikey has not. His best win so far is Broner.
