Who should have Jermall fought in the mean time? It was going to be either Murray/Sulecki/WMJ. Not clue what happened with Sulecki though.

Jermell should absolutely not have rematched Trout as that fight wasn't close. Obviously Hurd's shoulder injury killed this unification bout.

My beef with this card is why isn't it taking place in Houston? Perfect time to do it when they are facing these types of opponents. Because the Hurd fight definitely won't take place in Houston and Charlo against the other top MWs isn't taking place in Houston either.

Jermall vs GGG next and if GGG doesn't want it, then he needs to get a direct shot at Canelo. And obviously that fight would take place on DAZN.....or you would think.

So by those same standards you are holding Jermall to, Crawford should have signed with the PBC right? I mean who does he have waiting at WW on ESPN? His resume at WW is going to be looking super strong right?

As for Charlo, yes most of the top match ups are there on DAZN. And maybe GGG can just directly fight Canelo next, but no guarantee that happens. And if he passes on that shot, Charlo becomes the mandatory for Canelo. At that point it is up to the WBC to mandate the fight and not delay it. If he can get a someone like Andrade or Jacobs next, that would be great. But Hearn isn't going to let that happen unless he has options on Charlo's next three or so fights.

Canelo talking about he might stay at 168 Jacobs/Sergiy fight this Saturday, Andrade just fought, ggg is confused on his next step so who was a killer he could of fought at 160? Wait wasn’t his previous two fights vs Heiland and Centeno showcase fights? He will have now wasted two years his entire run at middleweight is a joke. No way wbc strips Canelo. He brings too much money to the table. Canelo won’t really stay at 68. Andrade is ready to go in January.

DAZN has all the middleweights ang might still get ggg. Thats where Charlo needs to go. Even if Canelo got stripped Charlo would have a Belt but no opponents.

Why does the WBC get to tell GGG who to fight when he isn't a champion? If he wants to fight Canelo again do you really think the WBC is going to block that fight? Hell no.

Um, because it makes GGG the mandatory. Can he just fight Canelo without having to fight Charlo? Sure, but we will see what direction he goes in. He just lost the Murata fight so does he sign with DAZN? But you made a snide comment that Charlo "is the boogeyman doe" knowing damn well all the top options were taken. If GGG thinks Charlo is easy work, then maybe he takes him on next. Though it is more likely he takes on the winner of Derevyanchenko/Jacobs or Andrade if he can't get the Canelo trilogy.

I think the Charlos have great potential but it is very hard to get excited about their capabilities when they keep fighting tomatoe cans and no hopers for opposition.

which opponents should the Charlos be fighting? look at the top 10 and most of them are booked, literally just fought or in BJS' case suspended.
