Hold them all to the same standard.

Bellew says anyone who fails a test should be banned for life, hold them to the same standard. Simple.

If "oh it was only nasal spray" was a legit excuse then everyone who's failed a test is in the clear.

Didn't he rightfully slate Canelo for claiming it was tainted meat that caused him to fail his test? Well what is the difference between that and Billy Joe's scenario?

VADAs list should be the same as WADA which is the Worlds governing body that sets the standards for all athletes globally and rules that UKAD , USADA etc enforce

The difference is the amount of meat Canelo would’ve had to ate to fail the test wasn’t realistic.
