Comments Thread For: Khan Sees No Reason For Brook To Reject Rehydration Clause

Amir Khan sees no reason for Kell Brook to reject a rehydration clause for a potential high profile showdown in 2019. The British pair, both working with promoter Eddie Hearn, have repeatedly been linked with a high-profile domestic bout and appear to have moved a step closer towards sealing the fight.

The Canelo/Fielding argument does not work Khan! Canelo is moving up 8lbs to face Fielding and doesn't want him to gain too much weight..... Brook is moving down to 147.

Khan is thick as pigshiat. I hope Brook rejects this diva demand and moves on.

Khan 'nothing can stop this fight happening'....knowing full well if Brook was to accept this silly dangerous situation he'd be lucky to make the walk to the ring without falling!

Brook needs to tell this absolute fraud to f.o. and leave the idiot be.Khan has NO realistic big money options left and after his latest struggle even supporters of Khan are telling him to retire.

If Kell insists on continuing he should try and seal a fight with one of the top boys at 154 in his own division because to do what Con is asking is dangerous and the board should not allow it.....no matter how much money.

****** Kells Brook! You and Eddie Shouldn't have played with Amir 'King' Khan in the first negotiations before you got mopped around by Golovkin and Spence.

Now look at you clowns! Khan is owning your B**tch ASS! You came running back from 154 to welter like a starving dog, and will eat the leftovers off the kings table, WHEN Amir wants.

I don't see a legitimate reason for Khan to demand a re-hydration clause. It's not a IBF title fight or eliminator of any kind, so there's absolutely no official requirement for a re-hydration clause.
There is one reason I can think of for Khan to demand this.... and it has to do with a type of poultry bird made famous by Colonel Sanders, and Nando's.

Also Khan seems to be comparing his profile to that of Canelo in this situation.... deluded, much? lol.
The only thing Khan has in common with Canelo is a certain highlight-reel right cross - which he probably only recalls thanks to the wonders of video replay.

Give the fans the fight they want," Khan stated.
