Floyd made Canelo drain to 152 so he could have a major advantage fighting a weak 22 year old Canelo. No way in hell Floyd is fighting a full strength prime Canelo. It's a completely, totally different thing now. Jr. fought a drained 152-pound skeleton who worried way more about making weight than the fight itself (huge mistake, inexperienced rookie mistake, an experienced, seasoned fighter would not have cared paying a fine for weigh-in extra weight, as long as he was healthy and strong the next day).

This Canelo walked over all GGG's huge punches that literally destroyed all his other opponents. Not only that, he got GGG in reverse, backing up THE WHOLE FIGHT, no other fighter has ever been even close to do this, even a HUGE Jacobs was backing up vs. a much smaller GGG.

This prime super-strong version of Canelo, say if they made a deal of fighting at 157 catch weight to give Jr. a chance to get a new belt, would walk over all pillow fisted punches thrown by tiny Jr., just like he did with Cotto and Khan, and now he did the same with huge and strong GGG.
