The biggest PPV Market right now in the US is NOT BOXING it is UFC, even Mayweather still being the biggest DRAW in boxing knows this which is why he is open to a McGregor rematch or Khabib match and not really another boxer. Fighting UFC guys (on top of not being any type of Risk what so ever) = BIGGER $$$
So NO it is going to take time to get people to transition to this APP format so it is still money to be made on PPV in the US just don't charge $85 for your PPV
