Wait until after the fight to negotiate. It should be easier to negotiate if the Wilder Fury ppv flops more advantage to AJ. If it does good then 60/40 or 65/35 in AJ favor. If Wilder doesn't win then no need to negotiate anything lol

Get in line Eddie. You had a chance to make the biggest fight in hw boxing and you blew it. First you and aj turn down 50m plus ppv upside. The biggest guarantee purse in hw history. Suddenly your ready to take a pay cut just to not fight on America. Ok.....fine. Then you offer wilder a flat fee and have the hometown advantage you wanted. Once they accept, you somehow forget to put a name, date, or venue on the contract. Once team wilder ask for those things, you pull out of negotiations to make the pedvetkin fight. Wilder now has fury to face on American ppv and your desperate to make the fight. Too late now buddy. Just get ready to make aj vs whyte and follow it up with aj vs usyk after that. Keep the paper belt holder busy for the casual fans out there. The world will recognize the real hw champion after December 1st. A star will be born that night and the A side bs that team aj have been talking will be dead in the water.
You're Mistaken casual fan
Wilder's team was the ones with the 50m offer didn't have Place or Date for the Fight ..not even when Fury gift was announced they didn't even have a date lolololComment

Not sure why the PPV numbers have much to do with making the fight because despite Wilder pulling small purses they've been demanding big numbers.
That's fine, all part of the negotiations but it's not like if the PPV bombs they're going to suddenly settle for less. Especially seeing the only way that the fight happens is if Wilder wins, enhancing his reputation.
It's just a question of does he win and can therefore move forward with AJ and then how much value has he added to his marketability
I certainly see no reason negotiations can't be started now. Shelly's not in camp and if they wait they might lose the April date and have to wait longer. Both sides will then blame each other, again.Comment

Wembley gets the date, StubHub hosts the tickets, Wilder's share on the fight goes over 40%, Sky Box Office controls the TV in the UK, and Showtime/CBS controls the TV in the US (likely NBA/NCAA tournament to compete against, but a matinee airing on CBS, with the re-air on Showtime can't hurt).
A ten-week camp should be more than enough for both guys to get ready. Add in the press/marketing efforts (with the venue already secured), and you easily have 4-6 weeks from the Sunday after Wilder's fight to close a deal (that was almost already closed for the Fall).
As cynical as it sounds, having a hard 4 weeks to lock down a deal basically leaves Eddie Hearn no real margin to **** around.Comment

I'm sure team wilder trust themselves to make a date for a fight over Hearn. After all, they are the ones who are making the fight. You matchroom groupies need to knock it off with the bs. How do you justify getting the biggest guarantee in hw boxing and still duck the fight??? How do you justify getting fight after making a lowball offer to team wilder and still duck the fight??? Yet I'm the casual.....lol. stop it aj man fan. Just stop it.Comment

Am team aj all the way but am siding with finkel and Beyonce on this one. hearns worried now his boss has told him get the fight done now I've gone along with you wanting me to beat up Parker then the Russian its time to ko wilder now too. hearn could of made more money by making it before povektein and he knows a wilder expected ko of washed up fury gives him at least another 10% split value it's draining hearns cutComment

Showtime basically spent the last three years building both Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua. If Wilder-Fury does even the 400k that some folks are spitballing, the US rights on the fight ends up being $15m+ and any of this nonsense about Joshua dictating everything ends.
