That's a good question, if the fight isn't on PPV then with the potential numbers of subscribers i would expect them to be doing more in viewership.

Man we’re in trouble if boxing can’t draw at least 5 million of ESPN subscribers.

Interesting. I would assume he would be on PPV from then on and build on that.

But then again, its like WBC, WBA IBF saying that AJ is the best pounf for pound boxer in the world.. because he is number 1 in the biggest division therefore he beats those that are smaller than him that are the best in their respective divisions. It may be true... but its a fat chunk of bollocks lol
To that I say he may not be the best fighter in the world, but he damn sure beats everyone and that's all that matters lol. If Crawford was to fight Joshua, you think Joshua gives a damn if Crawford tells him if I was 6 4 250 pounds I'd kick your a**? Joshua would just respond but you're not, you're just a scrawny 147 pounder lol.

This was completely random, but yeah I think I would rather be THE HW champ of the world than P4P #1 fighter in the world.

So is it likely that Keith Thurman get's his arse in gear & man's up or has retired? Unification is the only way forward. "1 World 1 Champ"!

That's an amazing number of viewers ESPN has but bad viewer numbers for a boxing match.

                    For comparison ..
Hughie vs Sam Sexton for the British championship did 3 million. The UK population is way less than 82 million and only a fraction of them are sports fan. So that's with little fanfair an unpopular fighter fought some one 99.9% of people had never heard off for a belt few people cared about and that did more than a pound per pound champ.
