hes a trash opponent for a so called p4p level fighter, i dont understand how you guys can think fighting someone out of the top 30 who hasnt beaten a fighter in the top 300 in two years, is acceptable and a good win.

im not bragging over the win but, the win was what it was, nothing amazing; im saying that this guy wasn't a bum, ive actually boxed before and understand boxing. Do you realize you are the same guy who makes excuses when your fighter has "trash" opponents? and who else was bud going to fight last night that has a big name? look at lomas last and next fight, those opponents are not anything special but they are still good/decent wins. but im sure you will make an exception there.

fair enough, yeah 'bum' is over the top but it was a terrible match up. horn and benavidez are not an acceptable years work for someone like crawford, i dont care if he moved up a division he should be good enough to be fighting better guys than that. and wtf linares is lightyears ahead of benavidez and horn

It took 11 and a half rounds to stop him. I think your criticism is directed at the wrong group. Might want to tell that to Crawfords supporters.

RealdontknowshataboutBoxing need to check ur facts before u start checking people..and even if JB wasn't top 10 he was and is a live dog who will give anybody problems in the WW division because of his size the got has fought at 154 and is long and rangy besides when was there a mandate in boxing rules that say u have to get a guy out of there in a certain amount of time get off my post

It's not the fighters fault who they put in front of them...its all political with the different promoters and organizations. The fighters do ask for top dollars when they fight top ranked opposition so yea sometimes fights don't get made because of money but the uneducated fan calls that a Duck I guarantee Bud will show what he's made of when they get him in the ring with top 5 guys..but as fans we can demand fights a lot of these post are just straight hate and a lot the hate has racial overtones just look at all the name calling...recognize guys for their craft whether black white Hispanic or other nationalities. Besides tgis is Crawford's SECOND fight in the WW division

With the exception of maybe Gamboa Bud has made a career of fighting over matched opponets

He’s a great fighter but he’s not that great . Every great fighter in the history of the sport when they step up and face opposition at or near their caliber the fights get closer

In the last 4 years Crawford’s the only fighter right now who’s considered elite who hasn’t been in a fight where they are fighting a opponent at or near their level and the outcome wasn’t already determined

I think it’s fair game to be critical of that aspect

Doing what he’s supposed to do and winning a fight he was a 30-1 favourite doesn’t make his stock go up.
