They said Top 50 P4P, dumbass. No idea why you think the Top 10 at Cruiserweight is relevant.

I'd go with Moorer, Hernandez and Marquez.

That is a list of the top contenders for a title shot and not a pound for pound best list. They are two entirely different things. The top 50 pfp list would include all top boxers from all weight classes and not just one weight class. Ring is rating those cruiserweights by who they have actually defeated to earn a title shot. PFP isn't resume it's potential and how good you THINK a boxer is for his weight.

This makes it nearly impossible to cheat if these rules are followed. A heavy handed boxer like Chavez or Margarito who lands a large number of head punches can do tremendous damage without help from illegal wraps. Margarito was caught by these rules before the Mosley fight. There is no proof Margarito used illegal wraps before the Mosley fight. Only assumptions.

He was caught before the Mosley fight. His wraps had to be redone and they found plaster in them. He then got his ass thoroughly beat and never had another decent win that I’m aware of. And he rematched Cotto and didn’t inflict even half the damage as the first fight.

Rafa Márquez was top-5 P4P in his prime.

Don Nacho said that Rafa was the hardest hitter he trained.

No way in hell Hatton was better than Rafael Márquez.
