Well when you resurrect something you are bringing them back from the dead.

Tua would be all skeleton right now if say he years dead so that's not going to happen. Have you ever seen a skeleton box I haven't? how would he pass the physical ? Tua isn't dead though so he cant be resurrected hes still alive...

The person would have to have died shortly after because brain function would be permanently damaged . Even if a guy like Graziano was resurrected hes far to old himself .
