    As BoxingScene.com reported last month, former welterweight world champion Victor Ortiz was arrested on su****ion of **** in Oxnard, California. Ortiz turned himself in after authorities filed a felony complaint against him alleging **** during a March 19 incident in which a woman told Oxnard police she was sexually assaulted inside a house.

          No idea if he's guilty or innocent. If he's innocent losing that payday was a crime against him. If he's guilty, they still should have let him fight with the money he earned going to the victim. Just don't like the idea that the fight was cancelled on the presumption of guilt. Not supposed to be that way
