Funny, but no one is releasing the name of the guy the Victor supposedly ****d! They say he could be young. Like 20. He's probably in hiding so they can get big money out of Victor. It's a shame.

But come on, you know. Victor does not need to **** anybody with as many gay dudes as he could get. He's a veritable gay dude magnet.

This is a "he said, she said." If there is a presumption of innocence then how does she prove her claim? She will probably get on the stand and cry and speak with a wavering voice, hoping for a conviction out of jury sympathy. If she suddenly drops her claims then we know there has been a payoff which is most likely (imo) her true motive.

That could be true. I suppose I'm giving Ortiz credit for not being ****** enough to do something like that with witnesses present. Not all accusations fall into the same category as those made against Judge Kavanaugh.

Idk about all that & Kavanaugh lol.

I'm just saying I don't think we know ANY details about this except the crimes Victor is being accused of. This could be simply a he said, she said thing, but maybe this happened at some party where people coulda walked in on something sketchy or something that looked consensual or maybe Victor was meeting with Al when she's claiming he was raping her. Could be a he said, she said, but could be a whole other thing. We don't have any clue what this situation is living or dying on.
