according to this, loma actually has better defense. his stats are dragged down cuz he's busier and less selective.

If it's a stat that Robbie wants to be true than it's 100% accurate but if he doesn't want to believe it's 100% false and fabricated.

2012 - Mayweather had a connect percentage of 46% and opponent connect percentage of 16%. Has he slowed down his stats obviously got worse but still better than Loma's.

Lomachenko's opponent connect is now 18.4%, Saunders actually has better at 18.2%.

I think his defensive skills that he showed in his fight against Rigo was superb. Barely got touched, especially with a sharp shooter like Rigo and just made him look like a complete novice. I think that was the fight that he got hit the least.

yea, stats will diminish as competition level goes up. but just as important is style. loma is more aggressive and sits in the pocket more...when prime mayweather fought with a more aggressive style, he was lit up by B level demarcus Corley, who is nowhere near his best opposition.
