No money at CW after Bellew - who would he fight? He can risk getting KO'd by Dorticos or fight Breidis again (which was a very close fight).
If he loses at HW at least he is getting paid big money. Skill wise he is pretty darn good, not amazing but his flashy style can be mistaken for next level prodigious talent (I doubt he moves like he did against Gassiev when he is at HW, too much wasted energy especially if you can't gaurantee a KO on your opponent).
He is better than most current HWs based on skill though, perhaps all of them (barring a prime Tyson Fury), but it is a very average era for 'skill' in the HW division but they are not lacking in power.
He'll earn a good paycheck by running the 'Eddie Hearn AJ Gauntlet' which will end in him facing (and losing to) AJ - not before he makes bank and then either retires or tries to angle for a Fury / Wilder fight depending on their status at the time.
