What more is there for him to do? He is chasing legacy. He fought at super heavy at the Olympics he regularly spars Klitschko. He was even Sparring Partner for Klitscho vs Fury. Johnny Nelson a sky sports knobhead said Usyk was embarrassing Vladimir when he arrived so they asked him to get out of the ring until the media goes.

The easiest fight for him at heavyweight is Wilder. I’m not just saying that but they are the same weight. Wilder does not impose his power and size like other heavyweights ad because Usyk is so skilled he can box to instructions. Wilders right hand will not land similar to Usyk but he will look even worse because those Birdlegs will be all over the place....... off course if Wilder lands it’s goodnight Vienna and back down to cruiserweght to reclaim the belts

He wants to fight AJ but his last 3 or 4 fights have went the distance. AJ would literally knock him out the ring. In my opinion it’s not going to end well for him
I believe he loses to AJ too, but Usyk has a shot at legacy by fighting at HW and as I mentioned, HW is where the MONEY is at.

It sucks, but no-one really gives a chit about Cruiserweight, those are just facts. He could make more money at HW in 3 fights than he could 10 fights at CW

I think usyk is taller than 6'3. I don't even think heavyweight will pose a single problem for him
Usyk fight on his toes as is Gassiev is a very flat footed guy.

The easiest fight for him at Heavyweight is Wilder lmao He better face Povetkin, Whyte, or Molina first. Those 3 would definitely be easier than wilder. Wilder is 6’7 6’8 he’d make dude look like a midget and brutally knock him out. His last 3/4 fights went the distance and you want me to believe Wilder would be the easiest fight for him at Heavyweight. Ok

Yeah that’s true about Cruiserweight it’s been like that for 5-10yrs with that weight class. I just think if he moves up to Heavyweight AJ shouldn’t be his first fight. But if they’re looking to cash out then AJ probably would be his first fight at HW. Why risk that big payday fighting tune ups because at Heavyweight anything can happen

Ok I’m just telling you what’s going to happen to him at Heavyweight. Too short and not enough power in my opinion

How many opponents survive 12 rounds with Mayweather? How many of GGG opponents were brutally knocked out until he stepped up his opponents.

Mike Tyson was a midget to most of his opponents he faced. Granted I’m exaggerating saying Wilder would be Usyk easiest opponent at heavyweight but I feel a boxer in Usyk would prefer to fight a sloppish slugger in Wilder that weighs similar to him than a 6ft 9 boxer that is elusive. Styles makes fights because Wilder beats Fury easily but not Usyk

That might be. I'm also curious how he will fare at HW. He shouldn't start fighting someone like Miller, but with the right choice of opponents he might be able to get through to AJ and there at least he will make butt load of money. If Usyk manages to go 12 with AJ he should be able to win on scorecards (unless we'll see "British judging" again and with AJ there its worse than Canelo in Vegas)

Great post. This is exactly my sentiments. Why make him fight AJ or anyone in the top 3 in his first fight at HW? He should fight a couple of low contenders that would allow him to grow into the weight division but like you say that is risky. Why risk losing when you can go str8 to the cash cow. Tough position to be in for his handlers
